Float steam traps - the principle of operation of a float steam trap is based on the difference in the density of steam and condensate. The exhaust valve of the steam trap is actuated by a float connected to the valve by a lever. The condensate enters the body of the condensate trap and, filling it, raises the float, while opening the exhaust valve.
